After gaining experience through a fortunate and long apprentship with a great upholster, soon I started finding my own innovations and way of doing things. I decided to open my own business 17 years ago, and since then I've found that to make a customer happy is one of my major satisfactions.
I also get satisfaction from keeping learning and from finding that as time passes I get better and better. Most of all, the satisfaction of customers, to surprise them is what provides meaning to my efforts!
In these 17 years, I have not had a single returned job, every single customer have left satisfied--That's something I'm proud off! |
